Our bespoke service provides clients with the design and creation of an individual tiled artwork. The result is a unique personalisation for the discerning customer in a work of art tailored exactly to their needs that enriches the living space and environment.

Our bespoke service is designed to make commissioning of customised work an easy and straightforward process. We can work with a client to either the tightest of specification or to the simplest of instructions. Normally working in the mid-point between these two extremes is the most common option. We can originate ideas for customers from a simple discussion, or with a detailed idea, no matter how complex. The subject matter can be anything whatsoever. For all our bespoke work, we keep the client informed with drawings at all stages of the project, however large or small.
Bespoke projects undertaken have included restaurants, hotels, spas, bathrooms, kitchens and fireplaces. We are well used to working with a client from a distance, having been involved in exporting for some twenty five years. The usual sequence of events is as follows.
Initially, a discussion takes place where a customer may express their tastes and perhaps talks about the type of imagery and style of painting that they would like to see. Following this, a first design is produced for the client to consider and to comment upon. Next, a detailed scale drawing is made that illustrates the design in relation to the area to be tiled. At the following meeting or presentation of the detailed drawing any changes to be made are agreed upon and a final drawing is made and presented. When the customer is happy, work on the decoration of the tiles commences.
On completion, the tiles will have been fired to vitrification point, thus ensuring strength and usability in any situation. We can customise a single tile, a panel, or a larger mural.
